Who We are

Our Leadership

Our leader is Garrett Monette – a local resident and student at SUNY Plattsburgh. Garrett spends his free time hiking, fishing, hunting, mountaineering, and most importantly – gardening. Garrett has been interested in gardening for many years. Garrett has always been involved in his community – protecting and serving the North Country. He wants to protect his community. Garrett Monette is pioneering this project, leading the charge – working towards creating something that will unify, help, and aid his community.

I saw how much suffering there was in my community. It is my duty to help reduce that suffering as much as possible.” – Garrett Monette

Our Volunteers

Our volunteers are the people who make the garden possible for everyone. Without them, we could not do anything for our community. They are the selfless, determined, and motivated people who make this garden a reality – they have volunteered their time, money, and effort to make this a success. We can’t thank them enough. See a full list of our volunteers on the page below.

OuR Donors

Our donors provide us with the material support and the sponsorship to make our garden possible for the North Country. These businesses, organizations, and day-to-day people believe in our mission, and help keep us afloat. They are more than necessary for our garden. Interested? Contact us below.
